Service is a core value at Tierney Brothers. That's why we do repairs in our service center rather than shipping them to the manufacturer. We are the Factory Authorized Service Center for:

 * Tierney Brothers, Inc. is only authorized to repair these brands out of warranty. Tierney Brothers, Inc. is able to facilitate in warranty repairs for a facilitation fee.

Our technical service representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist customers over the phone - no waiting on hold to talk to the manufacturer. If you're out of town, simply call our toll-free 800 number for technical service. (800.933.7337)

While under the manufacturer warranty period, authorized repairs will be handled by Tierney Brothers service department at no charge (excluding shipping). Tierney Brothers, Inc. can facilitate repairs on equipment we are not authorized to repair (facilitation fees apply). After the warranty period has expired, repairs are billed at a flat rate depending on equipment type and location of repair.

Guaranteed Maintenance Agreements

Tierney Brothers offers several levels of maintenance agreements for customers who have an integrated system such as a conference/training room, auditorium or other system containing interactive audio/video equipment. Our Guaranteed Maintenance Agreements have an emphasis in preventative maintenance and priority service. Also included in this option is a projector loaner program so you won't be inconvenienced while your equipment is being repaired.

HP Designjet Extended Warranties

Tierney Brothers offers extended warranties on a variety of HP Designjet plotters. Included in these extended warranties are preventative maintenance checks, parts and labor. In addition, all support requests receive guaranteed next day response.

Equipment Warranties and Guarantees

Tierney Brothers Inc., honors the manufacturer's warranty on all new equipment. All TBI service personnel have been trained to ensure that the service provided is efficient and complete.

If a projector is not covered under a warranty and is repaired at Tierney Brothers, there is a flat labor charge plus parts. A rental machine can be supplied at current rental rates upon request.

Tierney Brothers, Inc. has trained technicians that are available Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00pm for onsite service calls. Onsite service calls are billed at a 2 hour flat rate followed by an hourly charge after the first 2 hours.
