Tierney Works with Magnet360 to Create a New Office Space with State of the Art Technology

Tierney teamed up with Magnet360 to create the perfect new office space in St. Louis Park, MN. The new space has state of the art technology and design aspects that give it a truly unique feel. The entire office has a music infused feel with conference rooms named after bands and a wall inspired by the stars at First Avenue music venue in Minneapolis.
In The Garage--a large multipurpose room, right as you walk off the elevators, there are actual “garage” doors that open up to a state-of-the-art space for collaboration, corporate events, client meetings and internal brainstorming. It is in this room that you will also find a 98” display for video windowing, and two 65” displays. One even allows transitioning from landscape to portrait mode for software demos, as if you were viewing on a smartphone or android device.
The Garage is also outfitted with two 86” touch displays on mobile carts for ultimate flexibility and collaboration. High-tech cameras and ceiling mounted microphones allow for optimal virtual meetings, along with an outstanding sound system that can be heard through the entire space if needed. A wireless touch panel control system runs the entire space and makes it easy for anyone to use. Included in this electronic system is connectivity to
motorized blinds, for both light filtering and room darkening.
The “Green Room” is another highlight for both employees and visitors to Magnet360’s Headquarters. Here you will find an open café-style space. In it there are two wall mounted 131” projection screens, along with two ceiling mounted 5000 Lumen laser projectors to be used for events. Magnet360 designed the space with a music theme throughout the entire office, so you will find stadium seating, a full drum set, and a mixing board--all for bands to use when performing in this space. Additionally, two 65” displays are on the wall for sharing company information, paired with bluetooth audio and a touch screen control system for anyone to operate. Don’t forget the great view of downtown Minneapolis and the ping pong table for a quick stress release.
Main stage and Back Stage have the ability to be split into two conference rooms or opened into one large one. Each and is outfitted with an 86” display and 64” display. Wall mounted cameras and ceiling mounted microphones were installed in a drop ceiling cloud that blends well in the space. There is also a wireless touch panel controller in the room, creating for ease of use for all employees.
Last but not least, Tierney also coordinated and installed the entire IT infrastructure, sound masking, AV in seven huddle rooms, seven focus rooms and five project rooms. Each of these rooms has a mixture of 55” UHD display, Polycom Trio phone, Visual+ Collaboration kit and USB web cameras.
To date this was one of the largest corporate installations Tierney has been a part of--and one of the most fun. Magnet360 provided ideas and input on how the space was supposed to function and was great to work with in a team effort.
