How much does it cost?
Our most popular lease package (mentioned above) costs $400 per month, less than the cost of many domestic airline flights. If your organization needs a different set of products we can develop a custom lease package that works for you.
Why should I lease instead of buy?
Several reasons. First, those that ulitilize video conferencing as a method to save travel costs can realize savings beginning in month 1. Under a normal purchase it may take several months or even years until a “break even” point is reached. Second, many companies do not have the immediate capital funds necessary to purchase a suite of equipment outright. Third, lease of technology often falls within an organization’s monthly operating budget rather than capital expenditure budget. Many organizations are cutting back (if not cutting out) capital expenditures but few are cutting out their monthly technology needs.
