The University of Minnesota Sociology Department was seeking a versatile system with ease of use a key priority.
Tierney Brothers provided the department with an easy to control system in multiple rooms. The document camera accentuates the presentation by capturing and displaying crisp images through the projection equipment. The LCD projectors transformed the instructors’ computers into powerful teaching tools. Instructors can project and/or magnify photos, diagrams, or three dimensional objects to emphasize the image or enhance close-up views. For security and aesthetic purposes, a custom-built oak podium was designed to house a majority of the audio and video equipment.
