Creating a comfortable, versatile room where large board meetings, branch meetings, or small one-on-one consultations could occur was a top priority for Voyager.
Understanding the needs and importance of providing a room that can effective and efficiently communicate with others in several different ways, Tierney Brothers Inc. provided Voyager with a state of the art solution. A 50 inch plasma TV. with the ability to support high resolution graphics was mounted into existing millwork in the boardroom, providing the room with a rich yet dynamic vantage point.
Complimenting the plasma TV. were two cutting edge speakers giving the room a well-rounded, innovative sound. These two systems work hand in hand with a laptop, VCR/DVD player, and document camera providing the user with the ultimate tools to conduct business. Adding to this technological advanced room is a Polycom video conference unit. This unit provided the user the ability to conduct meetings face to face with participates who are in different locations. Utilizing table top microphones provided the sharpest, clearest communication among all involved in the meeting.
Tying all these features together, TBI installed a Creston control system allowing the user to easily identify and utilize each piece of equipment separately or engage them together.
